WORKSHOP WITH LIDA DOUMOULIAKA - MUSICALITY & MOVEMENT

De quelles manières la musicalité peut-elle contribuer à la compréhension et à l'exécution d'une gestuelle ? Comment pouvons-nous enrichir nos qualités de mouvement en chantant une simple mélodie ? En quoi l'intégration de motifs rythmiques améliore-t-elle notre coordination et notre technique de danse ?

Au cours de cet atelier, les participant·es sont invité·es à explorer une approche musicale qui leur permettra de comprendre le mouvement à un niveau plus profond, tout en l'interprétant physiquement.

S'appuyant sur ses recherches artistiques sur le mouvement et la musique, la chorégraphe Lida Doumouliaka invite les participant·es à la rejoindre dans une exploration visant à relier le corps et l'âme à travers l'utilisation d'éléments musicaux.

In what ways can musicality contribute to the understanding and execution of a movement vocabulary?
How can we enrich our movement qualities by singing a simple melody?
How does embodying rhythmic patterns improve our coordination and dance technique?

In this workshop, participants will explore a musical approach that allows them to understand movement on a deeper level, while primarily inspiring them to physically interpret it.

Based on her artistic research on movement and music, choreographer Lida Doumouliaka invites participants to join her in an exploration of connecting body and soul through the use of musical elements.

CHF 30.- 2h d'atelier | 2-hour workshop

L'atelier s'adresse toute personne dès 14 ans ayant une bonne connaissance du mouvement. Danseur·ses avancé·es et professionnel·les bienvenu·es.

The workshop is open to anyone aged 14 and older with a good understanding of movement.
Advanced and professional dancers are welcome.
